City Market, Shopping, Microbrews, Music & Local Inns
While shopping in Charlottesville, be sure to check out the City Market and the Warehouse District, both amazing areas with eclectic selections. Seven days a week you'll find thrilling entertainment in our vibrant music scene. Whether you're listening to your favorite band or checking out a new one, be sure to try great, hand-crafted beer. Our original local, Thomas Jefferson, was fond of brewing and he passed that fondness down the generations. Charlottesville now has a wonderful selection of artisanal microbrews from which to choose. Here is just a taste of what you can find. And, while you're in Charlottesville, be sure to check into some of the oldest inns and B&Bs in the area. They're great places to call home while touring and tasting the best that Charlottesville has to offer!
